Hot Springs Village has three beaches with marked swimming areas. Hot Springs Village beaches are private, for members and sponsored guests only. Beaches do not have lifeguards, but Beach Patrol monitors authorized use and behavior.

Balboa Beach
Located off Ponce de Leon Drive, Balboa has a sand beach with four shelters, and each shelter has picnic tables and a grill. Restrooms are available. Shelters are first come, first serve unless reserved as a rental. Reservations may be secured through the Coronado Community Center at 501-922-5050.

Cortez Beach
Located off Sereno Lane, Cortez has a sand beach, pavilion, grills, restrooms and picnic tables. The shaded area provides an ideal spot for picnics or relaxing.

DeSoto Beach
Located off Seville Lane, DeSoto provides a wide view of activities on Lake DeSoto. The large beach has pea gravel, picnic tables and is grill ready for seasonal enjoyment.

Picnic Areas

All picnic areas are open to the public and have picnic tables, grills and restroom facilities. Picnic areas can be found at Balboa Beach, Cortez Beach, DeSoto Beach, DeSoto Family Recreation Area, Coronado Boat Ramp, Balboa Pavilion, and Cortez Pavilion.
