MEMBER SERVICES/RECEIVABLES ASSOCIATE

Full Time Position – Provides member services to property owners and assists with maintenance of the property owner data systems. Assists delinquent property owners with viable solutions in coordination with the AR/Collections Coord. H.S. SUMMARY   Provides member services to property owners and assists with maintenance of the property owner data systems.  Assists delinquent property owners with viable solutions in coordination with the Accounts Receivable/Collections Coordinator.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Provides member services to property owners.
  2. Assists with customer service/payments assessments or any other receivable.
  3. Maintains a list of all POA owned properties and related expenses.
  4. Ensures timely and accurate payment of all property taxes related to POA owned properties.
  5. Assists with late notices for all assessment accounts due.
  6. Facilitates proactive collection calls for past due assessments.
  7. Maintains POA Memberships and renewals.
  8. Monitor and maintain TEI database to insure database integrity (including member information, investor information).
  9. Follow-up on returned/forwarded mail for unknown address changes, using skip tracing software when needed.
  10. Oversees mail-in and online registrations of work passes, vehicle registrations, fee programs and annual renewals.
  11. Assists with gate card issues.
  12. Maintains multi-unit property lists.
  13. Assists with collections coordination and front-desk customer service as needed.
  14. Regular attendance is required.
  15. Any other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Be able to perform all work activities with minimum amount of supervision.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  High School graduate or equivalent.  Good customer service and phone skills.  Attention to detail and experience with managing data records required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.  Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- two-step instructions.  Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:  Requires a valid Arkansas driver’s license and clean driving record with proof of liability insurance.
