P.T. Position: Approx. 12-20 hrs. per week. Must be 18 years of age or older. Involves building maintenance of the HSV Fitness Center. Could be required to work weekends and holidays. Requires H.S. diploma or GED and some heavy lifting. Benefits include half price golf fees and at other recreational amenities and free use of the Coronado Fitness Center. Keeps premises of facility in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  1. Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, floor surfaces, and trim.
  2. Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, pool, and other work areas.
  3. Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, vacuums and polishes floor.
  4. Cleans carpets, upholstered furnitures, draperies, blinds and folding doors.
  5. Washes walls, ceiling and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, and sills.  Mops floors.
  6. Empties wastebaskets, removes trash and takes out garbage daily. Monitor outside of building and use blower to clean outside when necessary.
  7. Replenishes bathroom supplies. Replaces light bulbs.
  8. Regular attendance is required.


QUALIFICATIONS  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Employee must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays when necessary and be able to work independently without supervision.


High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.  The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
