Self Protection Class for Women, Jan. 14, 2017

A Self Protection Class for Women will be held from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Coronado Fitness Center, 160 Ponderosa Lane, Hot Springs Village.

The class will be presented by Charlene Reinsch, ret. Lt. Michigan State Police, and Coronado Fitness Center Instructor and Personal Trainer. Women and girls of all ages, who want to be comfortable and confident in their personal safety should attend. Safety is the most important gift you can give yourself and you may not always have someone there to protect you!

The purpose of this I.D.E.A class is to Inspire women to act in their own defense; Develop the body’s “natural” weapons; Empower women to protect and defend themselves; and Achieve the goal of survival.

Students will participate in common sense, self-protection techniques and will learn the most important aspects of self-protection and survival in a “hands-on” training environment.

Cost of class is $45, payable at time of registration at the Coronado Fitness Center. Space is limited, so register soon.
