Street Maintenance is also responsible for the mowing along the right-of-ways of the Village streets. Village streets are mowed in the springs and fall.

Water/Wastewater

The Property Owners' Association is responsible for providing water and wastewater services to Hot Springs Village.

The Village's water plant is located on Lake Lago, Hot Springs Village's only water reservoir, and is staffed 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Village has two wastewater treatment plants, Mill Creek and Cedar Creek. These two plants are licensed, permitted and approved by the Environmental Protection Agency through the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.

An independent lab performs testing on samples from both treatment plants on a weekly basis.

In 2005, the Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association began using treated water from the Cedar Creek treatment plant to provide a source of water to irrigate the Magellan and Isabella golf courses.

They also provide maintenance on water and wastewater lines throughout Hot Springs Village.
