Property Owner Services
Hot Springs Village Property Owner Services is
located in the lobby of the POA Administration Building, 895 DeSoto
Boulevard, and is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30
p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Property Owner Services provides identification
cards for property owners, dependents, and family members, issues gate
cards, takes reservations for the RV park, issues visitor cards and work
passes, and sells golf coupon books.
They are also responsible for assessment
billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility billing, and deed
recording.
Fees
There are three types of fees that property owners are responsible for in
Hot Springs Village.
Assessment
In order to maintain the quality and investment
you made in Hot Springs Village each property owner is responsible for
paying assessments to the association. Assessments for Hot Springs Village
property owners are $384.00 per year. The following plans are available for
assessment payments:
Plan 1: Advance Annual
Billing, January 1 ($384.00)
Plan 2: Advance Semi-Annual
Billing, January/July 1 ($192.00/each)
Plan 3: Advance Quarterly
Billing, January/April/July/October 1 ($96.00/each)
Plan 4: Monthly Coupons
($32.00/each)
Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and
electronic bank draft is available. Payments can be mailed to the Property
Owners’ Association at 895 DeSoto Boulevard, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909,
and can be paid by check or automatic bank draft. Unless notified, the POA
will send out a coupon book for monthly payments as described in Plan 4.

Recreation Fees
In addition to the assessment fee, recreation fees are also charged for the
various amenities available within Hot Springs Village. These amenity fees
help to control the assessment fees and are based on subsidy studies by the
Research and Special Projects Committee.
