Planning & Inspections Department of the Hot Springs Village Property
Owners' Association evaluates residential and commercial construction or
alterations in regards to nature, kind, shape, height, materials, location
and harmony of external design with the surroundings and topography.

Planning & Inspections
Planning & Inspections issues and monitors all
building permits, residential and commercial. Staff conducts inspections of
all permitted construction activities, investigates non-criminal complaints,
including hazardous trees, exterior maintenance, parking violations, and
abuse of common property, provides staff support to the Architectural
Control and Natural Resources Committees, researches and studies
recommendations of the Hot Springs Village Strategic Plan, and manages all
major POA projects including planning and construction oversight.

required for footing, location, concrete slab, slab plumbing, rough-in
electrical, rough-in plumbing, rough-in heating & air, framing, zero
clearance fireplace, and a final inspection. |
