Amistoso (Friendly) Long on great golf holes, Magellan is one of the shorter courses, but don't let the length fool you. This course plays shorter, but its tricky greens will challenge all skill levels. It is a favorite for both men and women and is consistently one of the top three courses played. Magellan began as a golf school with three holes, and in 1996, the POA expanded it to 18 and opened its sixth golf course. Magellan continues to boast the best practice facilities in the Village with a large driving range, a newly constructed putting green and several short game areas. The fairways, tee and roughs are 419 Bermuda and the greens are a blend of Dominant and Crenshaw Bent grass. 4 Sets of Tees Blue - 6,494 yards White - 5,973yards Silver - 5,353 yards Gold - 4,877 yards
