Golf in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas
Tee Time Information

The Hot Springs Village POA Golf Department offers three ways for property owners to schedule a tee time: lottery - current - advanced.

Lottery

What is the lottery? The lottery is a system designed to provide a fair and equitable way for all property owners to schedule tee times.

Property owners can enter a lottery request via the Internet from their home computer or at any golf shop. Lottery requests can be made up to 14 days in advance of the requested date of play and can be made for 2 to 16 players.

Submitted requests to the lottery will be assigned a tee time five days before the day of play. An e-mail confirmation will be sent at the time of the request as well as after the assignment.

To enter a request, choose the date, courses, earliest time, latest time, preferred time, and member ID numbers of each golfer in the group.

All golfers included in a lottery request must have purchased the annual tee time reservation system.

Property owners and dependents only are eligible to purchase the annual tee time reservation system.

Current

What is a current time? Current tee times are available after the lottery has run and within five days before the day of play.

Current tee times can be scheduled via the Internet from a home computer (if annual tee time reservation system was purchased), from a golf shop terminal, by calling a golf shop, or by calling central reservation at (501) 922-2858.

An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon completion of the reservation.

What is the Tee Time Reservation System? The Hot Springs Village Golf Department offers property owners 24 hour Internet access to schedule, cancel, and edit current, advanced, and lottery tee times, as well as access player history and the golf calendar. This is an optional service that is available for an annual fee (January through December.)

Advanced

What is an advanced time? An advanced tee time may be scheduled up to 90 days in advance and is reserved for non-resident property owners and resident property owners with guests.

The first three tee times of each hour are reserved for advanced reservations. If any of these reserved times are not filled by advanced times, they will be included as available times for the lottery.

March through November, tee times scheduled before twilight must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).

A member who schedules tee times for guests is not required to play in the tee time; however, the property owner is responsible for their sponsored guests.

Advanced tee times can be scheduled from the internet (if annual reservation system was purchased) from a golf shop terminal, or by calling central reservations at (501) 922-2858 or (800) 478-8846 (out of state).

What is a non-resident property owner? A non-resident property owner is defined as those who reside outside the following contiguous counties in Arkansas: Garland, Saline, Pulaski, Hot Spring, Johnson, Pope, Logan, Van Buren, Conway, Faulkner, Scott, Yell, Perry, Lonoke, Polk, Montgomery, Howard, Pike, Grant, Jefferson, and Clark.

Sponsored guests or CCI reciprocal members may request tee times by calling central reservations or any golf shop 48 hours in advance. A sponsored guest must have an issued confirmation/reservation number in order to make a tee time. Photo identification is required upon check-in to play golf.

How do I schedule a tee time at the Isabella Golf Course?

Shotgun Starts

Several courses are set up with a shotgun start beginning in November and running through the end of February. When arriving at the clubhouse, check in at the counter and leave your membership card. Payment will be made the first time you pass the clubhouse. Golfers should show up for a shotgun at least 30 minutes early. Ten minutes before the actual shotgun start, golfers will proceed to their hole assignments. When requesting a tee time through the lottery system for a shotgun, the earliest time should be 8:00 a.m. and the latest time should be after 12:36 p.m.. The desired time should be 10:52 a.m. Coupons are accepted all day at all courses during the winter shotgun starts.

...Tee Times

How do I schedule a tee time? Current tee times may be scheduled through the Internet, by calling central reservations, or by calling the individual golf shop.

Current and advanced tee times can be scheduled through central reservations at 501-922-2858 or 1-800-478-8846 (outside of Arkansas) (Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.). Lottery tee times are scheduled via the Internet or at any of the POA golf shops.

Can I schedule a tee time for nine holes? Yes. Nine-hole tee times may be scheduled at Coronado any time. At all other POA courses nine-hole tee time reservations are accepted on day of play only.

How do I cancel a scheduled tee time? Cancellations may be made by calling any golf shop, central tee time reservations, or via the internet.

Cancellations must be made by 12:00 pm the day prior to the scheduled tee time.

A confirmation of cancellation will be sent via e-mail to all golfers included in the cancellation.

What if I do not cancel? Tee times not cancelled by 12:00 pm the day prior to play will be considered a no show. If the tee time was guaranteed, the credit card on file will be charged. If the tee time was not guaranteed the property owner of record will be charged with a no show.

Any property owner accumulating three or more no shows in a calendar year will be suspended from the tee time system.
