Board of Directors
The Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association is overseen by a
7-member volunteer Board of Directors. Board Directors must be property
owners in good standing and are elected to three-year staggered terms
by the membership.
Committees
Additional guidance is given by several committees created to assist POA
Departments. Committee members must also be property owners
in good standing, and are are appointed to three-year staggered terms by the Hot Springs
Village Board of Directors.
Property Owners' Association
The Property Owners Association is a not-for-profit organization created
in 1970 to oversee and maintain Hot Springs Village and its amenities. There
are currently 500 employees in six departments: Administration, Golf,
Planning & Inspections, Public Safety, Public Works, and Recreation. |
